Your Hosts

Rev. Kara Bussabarger

Director of Equipping, Great Lakes Annual Conference

Kara has spent twenty-plus years in nonprofit leadership, twelve of them as an executive director, doing mostly one thing: seeing the real shape of a problem before anybody prescribes a fix. She believes culture beats strategy every time, and that you multiply who you are, not who you meant to be. She is here for the small, clear-eyed decisions, because those are the ones that ripple.

Rev. Dr. Scott Pattison

Conference Superintendent, Great Lakes Annual Conference

Scott has pastored since 1985, including one of the smallest churches in Indiana and two of the largest, and he has walked congregations through renewal, rebranding, and realignment. He is a certified coach and church revitalizer who would rather talk about people than credentials. He is one of the people who wrote our Culture Statement. He and Anita have been married since 1985, and they have two grown sons.
