Housing
We are so excited that you plan to attend this year's Annual Conference at Green Lake Conference Center in Green Lake, Wisconsin! As you prepare for your trip, we want to share some important information about housing options to help you plan your stay.
PLEASE NOTE THAT HOUSING IS NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR REGISTRATION AND MUST BE BOOKED SEPARATELY.
A Wide Range of On-Campus Options
One of the wonderful things about Green Lake Conference Center is that there truly is something for everyone. On-campus accommodations range from rustic camping and cozy cabins to comfortable hotel-style rooms. Whether you prefer sleeping under the stars or settling into a fully appointed room, you'll find an option that fits your style and budget.
We recommend browsing the available options on the website as soon as possible, as availability is first-come, first-served and our reserved block will not be held past April 8. When selecting your lodging, please make special note of the amenities offered, as they vary.

On-Campus Housing at Green Lake Conference Center
A limited number of rooms have been reserved on campus at Green Lake Conference Center exclusively for our conference attendees. These rooms are being held for our group and will be released to the general public on April 8, 2026, so we encourage you to book early to secure your spot.
IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION:
- Please consider leaving larger rooms with multiple beds for those staying together as a group. This will help ensure a space for everyone who desires to stay on campus.
- Reservations for more than one person staying in the same room will be made by one person only. The person responsible for registering will need the names of all additional guests staying in the same room. Green Lake cannot split the fees. You will be responsible for making your own arrangements for any fee splitting.
- A $15 fee per night per guest is applicable to any room with more than two people.
- A deposit due at the time of reservation is 50% of the total. Please refer to their website at
glcc.org for the cancellation policy.
- When planning your stay, note that the check-in time is
after 4:00 PM firm, and the check-out time is 10:00 AM.
- Consider your pre-conference meetings, if any, when planning your stay.

If you are reserving by phone, be sure to mention that you are attending the Great Lakes Annual Conference of the Global Methodist Church when making your reservation.
Off-Campus Accommodations
If you prefer to stay off-campus, there are also several hotels, as well as vacation rental options available through Airbnb and Vrbo in the surrounding Green Lake area. Most hotel options are anywhere from 20 to 50 minutes away, however. These can be browsed and booked on your own through their respective websites. This may be a great option for families or groups looking for additional space or flexibility during their stay.
